Dont use this app! No refunds! And the delivers are so bad!

Great idea, if they actually delivered food to me. But they dont, so terrible idea.

Such a convenient app. My food was delivered in less than 20 minutes and was delicious.

Not only has this app kept me waiting over an hour only to find out my elected restaurant doesnt deliver, but 1 time I placed an order by accident--customer service refused to allow me to cancel the order (even though I attempted to within seconds of placing it), but they charged me the full amount without even attempting to assist me in correcting my mistake. App deleted*

It gets me food on demand and stuff. Some of the delivery charges are quite high. But if you dont like it get Deliveroo. Plebs...

Courier never contacted me and still charged me for an order that was never delivered. Contacted support and they didnt even offer to waive any charges. THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use other apps in London.

Whats the point of me trying to order anything if you dont deliver to W10! Simply lost a customer. Either expand your area or start delivering to my specific place.

Reliable. Much less errors than quiqup and better customer service. Also food gets to me warm as oppose to the competition where food is cold or spilled over. Jinn, thank you!

These people need to get it together, first they say they deliver anywhere in London, but then they wont deliver to my post code, so why the hell are the advertising to me on Facebook???

Dont use this app, there are better ones out there like quiqup, henchmen etc.. These guys got my order wrong and charged me twice the price for the same order! On another occasion they took 90min to deliver my food and the driver blames me for it! There is no way to correct this as they dont respond to emails and have no contact phone number. The worst delivery service and the worst service out there!

Not a great app and very slow delivery. Tracking barely works...the bike doesnt move (or once every 10min) and when it said picking up, bike on map still miles away. Around 35 minutes should be changed to around 50min if lucky. £5 delivery + 10% service fee isnt that cheap either.

The app is not the best, wish there was a map where you could see the surrounding food places you can order from instead of seeing a list of places organised by the price of how much it cost. Also, bad customer service. I have sent them an email and never received an answer. On the bright side, it does the job

Couldnt be bothered to walk ... Got Krispy Kremes quickly and top service from courier. Will use again.

Beautifully simple interface - so easy to use. So much better than defaulting to Chinese every time

If I could I would give this app 0 stars because no matter where your at , it will say something like there is no restaurants near you . When I live in the city . This is by far the most useless app Ive ever used in my entire life . Dont waste your time downloading it .

Also one star is too much for this app twice I ordered first time my order came short of some items second time they sent an sms saying the food is being picked up and half an hour later I get an email saying the order is cancelled.. And the refund for it takes 10 days to process. Hence (the worst app ever)

I got ripped off twice and support will not contact me or give me a refund.
